Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 2026-05-15
These Terms govern your use of Raging Axes's website at https://ragingaxe.com and your participation in our experiences at 15635 Vision Dr, Pflugerville, TX, 78660. By booking, paying, or visiting, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.
1. About us
Raging Axes offers axe-throwing — guided sessions where participants throw real axes at wooden targets in a coached, controlled lane. We provide all axes, targets, coaching, and required safety equipment. Age limits and supervision rules for minors are listed on each experience page.
We operate from 15635 Vision Dr, Pflugerville, TX, 78660. Contact us at info@ragingaxe.com or (737) 297-6696.
2. Eligibility
To book an experience or create an account, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). Bookings on behalf of minors require a parent or legal guardian to be present, sign waivers, and accept these Terms on the minor's behalf. Specific experiences may have higher age limits — check each experience page before booking.
You agree to provide accurate information when booking. Bookings made with false information may be cancelled without refund.
3. Bookings and payment
When you book, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes and processing fees displayed at checkout. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
Payment is due at the time of booking and is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full payment card number. By providing payment information, you authorize the charge for the booking total.
If a booking can't be completed (slot already booked, payment declined, etc.), we'll notify you and refund any payment that did go through.
Group bookings, private events, and large parties may have different terms — contact us for a quote, and any additional terms will be agreed in writing before the event.
4. Waiver, conduct, and safety
Every adult participant signs a written liability waiver before participating; minors require a parent or legal guardian to sign on their behalf. The waiver is binding and is in addition to these Terms — it covers the specific safety rules, required protective equipment, and risk acknowledgments for the experience you're booking. Each experience also has its own safety briefing your staff member walks through before you start.
If you decline to sign the waiver, you can't participate, and we'll refund the booking under the standard rules in our Refund Policy.
You agree to follow the safety briefing, the instructions of our staff, and any posted rules during your visit. We reserve the right to refuse service or end an experience early — without refund — if a participant:
- Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs in a way that compromises safety.
- Refuses to follow safety rules after a warning.
- Behaves abusively toward staff or other guests.
- Damages our equipment or facility intentionally or through gross negligence (you may also be liable for the cost of repair or replacement).
Photography and video by guests is generally welcome unless our staff asks you to stop for safety reasons. By visiting our facility, you agree that we may photograph or film the space for marketing, and that you may incidentally appear in those images. If you want to be excluded, tell our staff before your session.
5. Liability
Participation in our experiences involves risks that are described in detail in the waiver each adult participant signs. By participating, you acknowledge those risks and assume them in accordance with the waiver.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your visit is limited to the amount you paid for the booking. We aren't liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
We don't waive any liability that can't legally be waived in your jurisdiction (such as gross negligence or willful misconduct under most U.S. state laws).
6. Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling
See our Refund Policy for the cancellation cutoff, refund tiers, no-show rules, and weather policy. The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Raging Axes name, logo, website content, and experience designs are our property. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission. You may share photos of your visit on personal social media — that's encouraged.
If you submit reviews, comments, or photos to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them in our marketing. We won't use your name without your permission.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. It's incorporated into these Terms.
9. Marketing communications
We may send you transactional emails about your bookings (confirmations, reminders, receipts, schedule changes) regardless of your marketing preferences — these are necessary to operate your booking with us.
If you create an account on a site that has marketing emails turned on by default, you may also receive occasional emails about new experiences, specials, and promotions. You can opt out of those marketing emails at any time:
- Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send,
- Visit your account settings at /account/settings and toggle "Marketing emails" off, or
- Email info@ragingaxe.com and we'll handle it for you.
Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional emails about your existing or future bookings.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers and announced on our website. Bookings made before a change are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of booking; new bookings agree to the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of TX, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that we can't resolve directly will be brought in the state or federal courts located in TX, and you agree to that venue.
12. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
13. Contact
